Thursday November 20, 2008 -- Just -81 days until the wedding!
The Parents
We would like to express our gratitude and thanks to the people who have raised us and shaped us into who we are today.
Harold
and Patty are very close to their two daughters and speak with them
on the phone almost daily. Through their support Angie has grown up in a strong,
loving environment. Patty has been instrumental in helping us plan for our
wedding and is always there for advice. Harold couldn’t love his daughters
more and is best known for his traditions, such as the mandatory viewing of
Holiday Inn every Christmas or the purchasing and opening of a particular
bottle of wine aged in the same birth-year as his daughters the night of their
wedding. We cannot thank them enough for providing the finances for the wedding
and for welcoming Mike with such open arms. They presently live in New York
City with dog Hector.
Steven
and Michelle have supported Mike in all his endevours since day
one and provided a loving, caring home. Steve is more likely to impart words
of Eastern Philosophy at the wedding than anything else. He is a headstrong
father who had to raise two young boys for a period of 5 years before he met
Michelle Ferreira. After their marriage when Mike was 10 years old, Jeff and
Mike were fortunate to have two more brothers and a step-mother whose ablility
to cook blew Dad's TV dinners out of the water! They adore Angie and have
also welcomed her into their lives with open arms. They presently live in
Phoenix with dogs Buddy and Beatrice.
